Our Episodic Lab takes place in Nosara, Costa Rica, and offers a nurturing, immersive environment for writers with distinctive voices and original stories created for the current moment.
Each year, we bring together four writers and a group of eminent mentors for an intensive, collaborative experience of Writers’ Room workshopping, series development, and pitching. The lab is designed to spark creative breakthroughs while offering deep learning and guidance on building a sustainable career in episodic storytelling.
Esteemed advisors and mentors have included Melissa Bernstein, Veena Sud, Tracey Scott Wilson, Lulu Wang, Sarah Treem, Matt King, Albert Kim, Carly Wray, Jennifer Yale, Meredith Scardino, Parul Agrawal, Donick Cary, Jason Kim, Diana Son, Dara Resnik, Jessica Mecklenburg, Sarah Gubbins, and Beau Willimon.
