Episodic Lab
Our Episodic Lab provides a nurturing framework and breakthrough opportunities for writers with unique voices and important stories for our times. The program brings together four writers with industry mentors in Nosara, Costa Rica.
The lab provides a dedicated Writers’ Room experience for each show, in-depth notes on the pilot script, and guidance on developing and pitching the series. All expenses are covered.
Advisors and mentors for our Episodic Lab have included Melissa Bernstein, Veena Sud, Tracey Scott Wilson, Lulu Wang, Sarah Treem, Matt King, Albert Kim, Carly Wray, Meredith Scardino, Donick Cary, Jessica Mecklenburg, Sarah Gubbins, Beau Willimon, Jason Kim, and Stefanie Berk.
Submissions have just opened for our next Episodic Lab, which runs April 19 - May 5, 2024.
